With more than 760.000 Frankfurt/ Main is the largest city in Hessen and the fifth largest in Germany. Frankfurt has a beautiful promenade on the Main and an equally beautiful skyline. Frankfurt is not only worldwide known for its banking sector and large number of financial investors. Frankfurt is also part of the Rhine-Main-Neckar region, famous for its large number of Life Science companies – like Boehringer Ingelheim, Sanofi, Merck, and abbvie – and research institutions – like DKFZ, EMBL and Goethe-University. Additionally, it is home to our CEO and one of the founders of LabBench2Business Finn Rieken. Due to the excellent connection by bus, train and plane, Frankfurt is also an ideal meeting place for Life Science start-ups, investors and the LabBench2Business team to work on extraordinary ideas.
