CEO
Finn is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of LabBench2Business. With a background in Molecular Biotechnology, research experience at ETH Zurich and >10 years of strategy and innovation consulting experience for the life science industry with customers ranging from multinationals and investors to start-ups, he has extensive experience in entrepreneurship & innovation in life sciences.
Sven Binder
COO / CFO
Sven is Chief Operating and Financial Officer (COO / CFO) of LabBench2Business. As an excellent business economist with several years of work experience as a head for different change and in innovation projects in SME’s and start-ups as well as research experience at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), he is in charge of all operational and business matters of our customers and LabBench2Business.

Till is senior expert and works side-by-side with our customers on strategic topics. As a successful entrepreneur with 25 years management consulting experience in the life science and chemical industry as well as supervisory board member and life science business angel, our clients benefit from his know-how, experience and network.

Klara is senior associate and works at the interface of science and business. With a Master’s degree in Biology from the Julius-Maximilians-University of Würzburg, voluntary engagement in a contest supporting entrepreneurship and work experience in a start-up that was just at the edge from lab to business, she knows what it takes to translate scientific insights into successful ventures.
Dr. Sung Ryul Choi
Senior Associate
Sung is senior associate and connecting scientific insights of our customers with market needs and requirements. With his Master degrees in Neuroscience (Imperial College London) & Biochemistry (University of Cambridge) and a research track-record at Paul-Scherrer-Institute/ ETH Zurich paired with his industry work experience, he translates our customer’s science into business opportunities.
Dr. Nirav Florian Chhabra
Senior Associate
Nirav is a associate and has a strong interest in life science innovation, scientific research, and entrepreneurship. With a PhD in metabolism and diabetes from Helmholtz-Munich, Germany, translational cancer research experience at Klinikum Rechts der Isar of Technical University of Munich and own start-up experience, he is the right counterpart for all science-driven start-ups.
René Huget
Senior Associate
René is senior associate and works closely together with our customers to grow life science businesses. With a Master degree from Nova School of Business and Economics, Portugal, and work experience in investment and consulting firms, he drives customer success through his experience in financial and business topics of start-ups.
Dr. Anna-Lena Amend
Associate
Anna-Lena is an associate and has a passion for translating scientific insights into everydays solutions. With her background in biology, her extensive research experience during her PhD at Helmholtz-Zentrum Munich, Germany and her practical experience as well as her know-how in life science management, she is the right counterpart of all life science entrepreneurial activities.
